3. Listing Applications
Business listings are currently offered free of charge during the promotional period ending August 2026. After this period, paid listing fees will apply. Early applicants will receive priority placement and legacy pricing. KTV Philippines reserves the right to approve or reject any listing application at its sole discretion. A maximum of 10 listings per area per category is enforced to maintain listing quality and value.
4. Listing Owner Responsibilities
Listing owners are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. You must hold all required business permits, tax registrations (BIR), and industry-specific licenses. Submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate removal of your listing without refund. You are responsible for keeping your listing information current and accurate.
5. Prohibited Content
Listings must not contain illegal content, explicit sexual material, false advertising, or content that violates Philippine law. KTV Philippines reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these standards without prior notice.
6. Age Restriction
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. KTV Philippines does not knowingly collect information from minors.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on KTV Philippines, including text, design, logos, and rankings, is the property of KTV Philippines unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. WhatsApp Lead Delivery
Listing owners who receive leads via WhatsApp through our platform acknowledge that KTV Philippines acts solely as a referral intermediary. We do not guarantee lead quality, volume, or conversion. Lead delivery is subject to WhatsApp availability and the listing owner's own responsiveness.
11. Termination
KTV Philippines may suspend or terminate your listing or account at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment of applicable fees, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your listing will be removed from the directory.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
13. Changes to Terms
KTV Philippines reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
