2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process and review your listing application; send confirmation emails and login credentials upon approval; communicate updates about your listing status; send service-related notifications including free period reminders and paid period announcements; and improve our platform and services.

3. WhatsApp Lead Delivery

When a visitor clicks the WhatsApp button on your listing, their contact initiation is logged for analytics purposes. We do not store the content of WhatsApp conversations. Your WhatsApp number, as provided in your listing, is displayed publicly to site visitors.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as email delivery services), subject to confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by Philippine law or legal process.

5. Listing Information

Information you submit for your public listing (business name, area, category, photos, contact details) will be displayed publicly on ktvph.com. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and that you have the right to publish it.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and listing data for as long as your listing is active. If your listing is removed or your account is closed, we may retain certain data for up to 2 years for legal and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Cookies and Analytics

KTV Philippines uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze site traffic and improve user experience. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure password storage, and access controls. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
